Starting our journey from Delhi at night, We arrived with doing fun, at a place which was filled with serene beauty All around, on the rivers, ravines, mountains, on the road, there is only snow everywhere Rohtang arrived, here you will also see big glaciers like Rohtang, Khardungla near Harsil village.

Harsil village is famous for

we all felt extreme happiness Everyone took a lot of photographs, exactly did we come here to do what else ? Harsil, a small village that falls on the way to Gangotri. We all stayed 3km ahead of Harsil, in a small village Dharali which is on the banks of Bhagirathi river. And is quite famous for its apple orchards & Rajma (Kidney beans) cultivation. The beautiful location of this village is in front of you and the special thing about this valley is that this valley is half-covered with snow and half dry because of the sunlight. This unique combination is very rarely visible in the same village.

Best time to visit

We reached here when the whole village was empty due to winters and only a few people were staying in the village. This village is covered with high snow mountains from all sides. Where the blossoming sun in the morning wiped out all the tiredness of our journey One more special thing, after crossing the bridge built on the Bhagirathi river, you can visit Ganga Maiya's winter house "Mukhba" to see Mata (Goddess). Where the Mata resides for 6 months.

Best view at harsil

The snow-covered dried apple trees and step fields really looked like a film scene. Peaks like Shrikhand Mahadev, and Bandarpoonch are famous for their natural beauty. A lot of Bollywood films have been shot in this village. Wherever you look, you will get to see a beautiful view in every direction, be it road, river, village, mountain, whatever. The beauty of nature is at its peak all around. So good morning guys, It's morning and dude, here in the morning, you have not seen how beautiful it is, dude You can see behind me that there is snow in the whole village, Now we have some food etc. After eating, going for a trek.

Trekking at harsil village

It has snowed so much, so we are not expecting that we will be able to reach there. But as far as we can reach, all of us go on having fun. So let's see, The path of the Sat Tal Trek leads through the village, which was now secluded, and the apple trees were more secluded than that. But whatever it is, the snow lapped up every corner of this path and made every corner beautiful. On the whole way, first of all, trees, then houses made of wood and then small snow-covered plains, gave this path a completely unique view. And yes, walking in the snow was not so easy. The snow above the knees, at every turn, was taking a tough test of all of us. But soon after crossing the village.

Harsil forest

through this forest of pine and cedar trees, this icy path was taking us towards the Sat Tal. Meaning 7 ponds, out of which only a few pounds are left and they too were covered with snow. At our own speed, we were all having fun and moving on to make a way in this snow-covered forest Somewhere less snow, somewhere up to 3-4 feet snow. Oops This place is really so beautiful that people also call it Kashmir of Uttarakhand.
